How to Save a TikTok Video with MusicallyDown

MusicallyDown is a browser-based tool that checks which download options are available for a public TikTok link. You do not need an app or an account, and it works on phones, tablets and computers. Which formats you see depends on the original video.

Step by step

1. Open the TikTok video you want, tap Share, then Copy link.
2. Paste the link into the box on the MusicallyDown homepage and submit it.
3. Review the options that appear. If MP4 or audio is available, pick the one you want and save the file.

Saving the sound as MP3

If you only need the audio, choose the MP3 option when it is shown. Not every video offers it, because it depends on the source.

If a link will not process

• Make sure the video is public and has not been deleted or made private.
• Copy the link again from the Share menu and check that nothing was cut off.
• Try again after a few minutes in case the video could not be reached the first time.
• Never give your TikTok password to a third-party website. MusicallyDown does not need it.

Use downloads responsibly

Only download videos you created, or videos you have permission to keep. Respect creators’ rights and TikTok’s terms, and credit the original creator if you share their work with their consent.
